Vivienne Westwood zählt zu den bedeutensten britischen Modedesignerinnen. Seit Jahrzehnten überrascht, ja schockiert, sie stets aufs Neue. Sie erfindet nicht nur Mode – längst steht die frühere „Queen of Punk Rock“, die sich auf diesen Titel nicht reduzieren lassen will, auch für politischen Aktivismus.

1989 Goes to London to work with Westwood, his works included in her collection
 Kronthaler stayed on with Westwood where his role progressed and grew, collaborating and working with her to develop subsequent collections. He has a less public role but their partnership is one of fashion's most formidable.
