The crisis has led to a significant slow-down of growth in Europe. Some Member States have been plunged into a long-term recession. Companies are only reluctantly making investments. Europe, however, needs growth more urgently than ever to make its economic and social model fit for the future. How can we succeed in attracting new capital for the companies in Austria and Europe so that they have the means to invest in innovative products, services and processes? What are the potential benefits of crowd funding and crowd investing? How can innovation processes be promoted and financed, particularly in smaller enterprises? Experts from the scientific community, practitioners and politicians will discuss possible solutions.
