Auswirkungen von internationaler Migration auf das Humankapital der Zukunft
Ausgehend von der internationalen demographischen Entwicklung und der Alterung der Bevölkerung wird der spezielle Beitrag von Migration in Hinblick auf die Stärkung des Humankapitals mittels unterschiedlicher Szenarien für Österreich und andere Industrieländer analysiert. Insbesondere werden alternative Zuwanderungsmodelle nach der Bildungsstruktur der Migranten untersucht und auch die Bildung der zweiten Generation als eine zentrale Variable der Integration behandelt.
