MuT-Mentoring and Training is a career-accompanying support programme for highly qualified aspiring female academics in Baden-Württemberg. Women who are aspiring towards a professorship are supported in implementing their competences and maximising their career chances. The participants are given the opportunity to build supporting relationships to academics, to overcome structural obstacles and to gain university-specific knowledge.
