12: Transparency instead of discretion? HR as a key for equal pay

-
Congress Centrum Alpbach
Breakout / Working Group
german language

Wages are often kept to oneself with discretion. Digital platforms, however, make wage systems more and more see-through and statistics prove that a sense of fair wages is vital for a positive business culture. The Gender Pay Gap is still high (20.1%), though. This session shows how transparent HR processes support an equality of opportunities.
