Die hohe Fragmentierung der heutigen Zeit stellt in Frage, ob unsere Institutionen, Regierungen und EntscheidungsträgerInnen die notwendigen politischen und sozialen Veränderungen, die den Kern von wachsender Ungleichheit bekämpfen, vorantreiben können. Was ist die (neue) Rolle und Verantwortung der Politik? Wie können partizipatives Leadership gefördert und BürgerInnen in Entscheidungsprozesse eingebunden werden? Welche Rolle spielen kleine Organisationen mit einer informellen Struktur in einer Zeit, in der große Strukturen zunehmend unzureichend agieren?
