Afternoon 11: Participatory Leadership – a Practice of Leading by Dialogue and Co-Creation
Participatory Leadership is an approach which seeks to create conditions that allow diverse groups to co-create and collaborate at their fullest potential. It is particularly appropriate when working on complex challenges. Structured as a 6-day learning journey, this seminar offers the practical and motivational experience of using ‚Art of Hosting‘-methods, models and lasting skills on how to tackle individual, organisational and societal topics in a collective manner. Participants will have an opportunity to connect as a group, discover common challenges, engage in conversations that matter and practice finding solutions in a participatory way. The hosting team will explain underpinning theories and concepts, share stories and contribute inputs from their working contexts.
When joining this seminar, participants will be invited to experience methods and models such as Circle, World Café, Open Space Technology and others. They will have a chance to work with questions relevant to their specific context, capture insights in a reflection workbook, get access to the ‚Art of Hosting‘ manual, and hopefully ignite their passion for using this approach in their life.
