For some parts of our societies, our rational scientific worldview has lost its appeal. However, in times of fast-paced technological change and societal shifts - we need only think of digitization or climate change - solid foundations are more important than ever. In this situation, the Technology Symposium is searching for new answers: What are our fundamentals today? What do we have to bear in mind for the future? And what does that mean for developing future technologies? We will not only discuss novel approaches, like for example Complexity Science (the topic to which our yearbook 'Discussing Technology' is dedicated), or an effort to create freedom for engagement; we will also present new technological approaches ('New Materials in Energy') or innovative ways to combine art and technology ('Living with AI').
More detailed programme information will be published at the end of April. If you have any questions regarding the Technology Symposium, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
