Your accommodation includes breakfast. In some hotels and restaurants (for example Hotel Alphof, Gasthaus Achenwirt) special student meals are offered. You will find detailed information on this in Alpbach. We recommend making a table reservation one day ahead for groups. There is also a big SPAR supermarket on the left-hand side of the main street as you enter the village.
If your scholarship includes a contribution to the lodging costs, the whole sum will be paid to you in the conference office on the day before your departure.
