Array Mohammed BENHAMMOU
President, Moroccan Center for Strategic Studies; President, African Federation for Strategic Studies, Rabat
Mohammed Benhammou is the President of the Moroccan Center for Strategic Studies. International Expert in Security questions, he is also the elected President of the African Federation for Strategic Studies.
Alumnus of the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA) of Paris (class "Michel de Montaigne"), graduate of the Montpellier University (France): he is a holder of a PhD of Law, a diploma of Political Sciences and prepared a Doctorate of 3rd Cycle in International Relations.
As Professor, he has taught the Political Sciences, Assessment of Public Policies, the International Relations, the Introduction to the Strategic Studies and the Geopolitical Transformations in the French Universities of Tours and Blois, in the University Mohammed V-Souissi of Rabat (Morocco) as well as in the École Nationale d'Administration Publique of Rabat (Morocco).
Mohammed Benhammou is Adjunct Professor and permanent Board Member of the "London Academy of Diplomacy". He is Visiting Professor of the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies of Seoul (South Korea), and also Adjunct Professor of the Law Faculty of Douala (Cameroon).
Former Vice-dean of the Faculty of Law of Sale (Morocco) and Head of Public Law Department, he is the PhD supervisor of tens of reports and doctoral thesis in Morocco, in France and other countries, and member of scientific committees of several institutions. He has led as supervisor several training seminars, and has realized works and researches, analyses and conferences.
Former Vice-president of the International Organization "trainers without borders" , in charge of the international network of experts and consultants, he was also the founder member of the Mediterranean Network for the Democracy headquarted in Cairo and the founder member of the Arabic Democrats Network.
Professor and Senior International Expert on Security and Strategic questions, Mohammed Benhammou has given lectures and conferences in different centers and institutes:
