1994 "Magister" in Chemistry, University of Vienna 1998 Ph.D. in Organic Electrochemistry from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London The award of a Schroedinger Stipendium allowed her to work for 2 years as a post-doctoral fellow with Prof. C. Amatore at the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris, France. This was followed by several positions as research fellow at Tufts University, Boston, USA, ENSCPB, Bordeaux, France, before joining the CEA (Grenoble, France) as a CNRS post-doctoral fellow 2001 MA in Social Science, Open University London 2003 Habilitation, University Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France 2004 Appointed Professor, Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble INPG 2007 CNRS appointment, Interdisciplinary Research Institute IRI, Villeneuve d'Ascq, France 2009 Appointed Professor, Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille 1 USTL, France
