An Active Start to the Day

This year, the sports programme will focus on how to strengthen fitness. In any company, sports can act as a preventive measure to illnesses by strengthening employees’ health. Sport is an optimal measure to relax from stress, prevent burnout and keep employees fit. This is crucial as the number of sick leaves correlates directly with how fit employees are.
On August 22, we offer:
1) Boxing: full-body training focusing on coordination (punches, defense, stances, self-confidence)
2) Military Cross Training: an intensive training of strength and endurance enhancing physical performance.
Registration is not compulsory but we kindly ask you to register in Alpbach (at the Congress Centre Alpbach) prior to the classes so that the trainers can prepare them well.
