An Active Start to the Day
In cooperation with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Defence and Sports
Participants will have a choice between different classes: Backhealth, Nordic Walking, Pilates, Military Cross-Training
1) Backhealth: Holistic health-oriented back training for the improvement of posture and standing position, as well as of balance for activities conducted sitting down.
2) Nordic Walking: Stamina training with reduced joint strain. Improvement of base-level stamina, weight loss and stress reduction.
3) Pilates: Gentle whole-body training, with a focus on building a strong core through the deep abdominal muscles.
4) Military Cross Training: an intensive training of strength and endurance enhancing physical performance.
Registration is not compulsory but we kindly ask you to register in Alpbach (at the Congress Centre Alpbach) prior to the classes so that the trainers can prepare them well.
