Breakout / Working Group
german language

Modern industrial nations are faced with new framework conditions and influence factors due to the challenges of globalization and heterogeneous international competition. This working group aims to show concrete approaches of enterprises on which technological and innovatory key factors are important for industry, how to successfully cope with transformation and globalization processes and to show how to shape regional policies at the example of the province of Upper Austria. Apart from a general view of the current situation of the industrial landscape and visible development lines we will focus this working group on the three key areas of research and technology, a redesign of management processes as well as regional and international networks.
