09: IP Strategies in Enterprises: Challenges for IP Management and Innovation Policy

-
Hauptschule
Breakout / Working Group
in deutscher Sprache

Studies have shown that many enterprises, especially SMEs, have to catch up on IP management considering the competitive innovation environment. The challenges for IP strategies are, among others, secrecy, application strategies, assessment and quality of IPR, internationalisation, various types of IPR, the best possible IPR portfolio, etc.

The question therefore is how innovation policy can support enterprises in building up IP management and what framework conditions are needed, also considering international experiences.
