Employee participation mobilises existing knowledge within a company, generates new knowledge and motivates the participants actively to implement the jointly developed solutions. If different perspectives and types of knowledge are integrated, innovative and sustainable solutions and measures are possible. New media offers exciting new opportunities for supporting participatory processes. What are suitable methods and approaches for involving employees in decision-making?
