15: Artificial intelligence and Ethics
The development of artificial intelligence (AI) is progressing fast and is set to have a determining influence on our society sooner rather than later. Our society is confronted with a plethora of ethical and legal questions which we must face before the discussion is rendered moot by technological progress.
On the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights this year, the seminar will elucidate whether or not human rights represent a potential hermeneutical key to digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence.
