17: LEADfit – the Art of Leadership

-
Hauptschule
Seminar / Seminar
in englischer Sprache

Leadership means enabling collaboration. In order to foster leadership skills, theory and experience must be united. This interaction of concrete actions and theoretical analysis forms the basis of this training, which is closely connected to the model of the leadership training at the Theresian Military Academy (TherMilAk). The training is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities and sees itself as a practical awareness training. Insights into one´s own behaviour are recorded in the personal ‘self-awareness-handbook’ in order to ensure that learnings will also be applied in the future.
