Start your day with a workout and get an energy boost! Train your body with special exercises guided by professionals from the Austrian Armed Forces to relieve stress and prevent burnout and illness. Whether it’s military cross training or fascia training, be prepared to break a sweat. And don’t worry: All fitness levels are welcome! In case of bad weather, the session will take place in the foyer of the CCA.
