While the EU’s immediate response to the Russian aggression in Ukraine was strong, the effects of the war are increasingly creating new challenges for Europe. Putin certainly hopes that internal divisions will increase and thereby weaken the EU. This session will explore possible scenarios of how the EU will develop over the next three years, especially with regard to questions of security, foreign policy, economic challenges and internal decision making.
