The Russian war in Ukraine has threatened global food security and might lead to a new wave of the migration crisis. Russia is using food and hunger as a weapon. Countries in the African continent, Middle East and Asia are at risk as they depend on Ukrainian grain. Additionally, climate change, poor agricultural policy, and dependence on Russian gas make the crisis worse. How can we eliminate the consequences of war and the risk of the global food (humanitarian) crisis?
