Since its creation in 2017, Lukas is the director in charge of the Directorate of Policy, Research and Strategy where he holds the overall responsibility for ICMPD’s migration policy programme, expertise development, research and policy development. From 2010 to 2016, Lukas was Director of Southern Dimension at ICMPD.
