Birgit Kraft-Kinz was born in Graz and studied economics at Karl Franzens-University Graz. Ate the age of 21, she devoted herself to different projects – always with the strategic aspects of communication in mind. Birgit Kraft-Kinz was marketing manager at max.mobil (today known as T-Mobile) and head of communication at Siemens Austria. In 2002 she founded her own company KRAFTKINZ – a strategy consultancy for communication, marketing and sales. She invented the KRAFTKINZ model, the KRAFTKINZ methods and her own key performance indicator: the Return on Communication (ROC). Birgit Kraft-Kinz passes on her knowledge in numerous lectures, courses and seminars. She is a lecturer at the University for Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt and is extensively involved in the KRAFTKINZ academy.
