He has been an officer in the Austrian Armed Forces since 2000 and is the former Commander of the Austrian unit for Psychological Operations (PSYOPS). He has gained international operational experience in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Chad and Afghanistan and is currently responsible for the training of leadership trainers (Train the Trainer).
