Since March 3rd, he has been Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister for Housing, Arts, Culture, Media and Sports. His priorities as Media Minister include, among others, strengthening Austria’s media sector, preserving media diversity, and, not least, combating fake news and disinformation.
