An Active Start to the Day
Supported by the Federal Ministry of Defence and Sports of the Republic of Austria
Participants will have a choice between different classes:
Nordic Walking: Stamina training with reduced joint strain. Improvement of base-level stamina, weight loss and stress reduction.
Pilates: Gentle whole-body training, with a focus on building a strong core through the deep abdominal muscles.
Gymstick: Whole-body strengthening, improvement of coordination, injury prevention, improvement of endurance, re-entry into weight training with a simple training tool.
Mini Biathlon – Training: Laser-based summer biathlon with simple additional activities (shooting, throwing and orienteering). Possible for all fitness levels.
