Consent to the processing of your data is given in the course of registering for the annual event “European Forum Alpbach” in Alpbach via an online ticketing system, when registering on an online scholarship application platform, or when registering for other events of the EFA Foundation.

plazz AG (Polario) acts as a data processor of the EFA and serves as a service and networking platform in the context of the “European Forum Alpbach” event or other events. Participants’ contact information is shared with plazz AG to enable the use of the platform. Participants who register on the Polario platform agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of plazz AG (Polario).
The EFA uses the payment service provider Stripe to handle payment transactions in order to enable electronic payment methods (e.g., credit card payments).
When participants use Stripe for payment processing, they are redirected to the corresponding website. The EFA may take photographs and videos during events in which individuals may be depicted.
