It requires an attentive leadership attitude to tackle complexity with adequate diversity and adaptivity. We use the playful method Eigenland® to combine experience from entrepreneurs and managers with the collective knowledge of the participants.

 Mr. Schmittknecht founded GROW GmbH in 2004; followed by roles as management consultant, specialized in facilitating and accompanying transformation and cultural change. An integrated methodology and multidisciplinary approaches create new perspectives and break with old thought patterns. In 2018, he founded GROWfamily GmbH together with Dr. h.c. Beate Heraeus, with the aim of supporting family businesses and entrepreneurial families in unfolding their potentials and in their work.
