Conflict photographer, humanitarian worker, magician. Bidoli has travelled far to crisis regions to teach first-aid, photography and humanity. A few years ago, he founded a photography school for young women in a refugee camp to give them a voice.

Unheard Voices: Women’s Rights, Displacement & the European Failure

Bereft of their voices, young women in a refugee camp used photographs to tell their stories of displacement and forgottenness at the borders of Europe. Their stories ask the questions to be tackled in this session. What is it like to exist on the fringes of humanity? Are women’s rights mere words on paper? Have we lost touch?
