Since November 2022, he has served as Minister of State at Rwanda’s Ministry of Health, with responsibility for public health and primary care. A medical doctor with a PhD in Global Health & Human Genetics, he previously held leadership positions in the health system and is currently advancing the development of kidney and heart transplantation as well as mental health services.
