Benjamin Haddad is France's Minister Delegate for Europe. Graduated from Sciences Po Paris and HEC and researcher in international relations, he taught international relations at Sciences Po. He worked for seven years in think tanks in Washington, notably as Director of the Atlantic Council's Europe Center (2019-2022).
