Pierre Heilbronn is Chairman of the Ukraine Cultural Heritage Fund and Director of the “Europe and the World” programme at Sciences Po. He previously served as France’s Special Envoy for Ukraine’s relief and reconstruction and Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
