She is a non-executive director, senior adviser and trustee, holding key corporate board roles in private banking and in the private equity industry. Her focus is on explaining geopolitical and geo-economic risks as they impact businesses. She is a former senior diplomat. She also served as State Secretary for trade, innovation and digital affairs. She is a trustee at Asia House London, where the focus is on trade and economic collaboration with East Asia, notably China. She is also on the board of the Sponsoring Association of the Diplomatische Akademie Vienna.
