She has been with Erste Group since 2006. She was Head of Group Prudential Affairs from 2013 to 2015, before managing the General Secretariat of Erste Group. She became Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in July 2019, and was appointed Chair of the Erste Bank Oesterreich Executive Board (CEO) in October 2020. In July 2024 she took on the CFO function in addition to her CEO function.
