He is a Historian. After some years in academia he worked at the German Parliament and the Federal Ministry of Finance. He joined Airbus in 2013. Between 2018 and 2023 he led the “Future Combat Air System” (FCAS) campaign at Airbus. Keisinger regularly publishes on political and historical topics in German and Swiss media.
