Ronja Kempin is a Senior Fellow at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). A former head of the EU External Relations research group and adviser at the German Federal Foreign Office, she works on European foreign and security policy and recently held the Alfred Grosser Chair at Sciences Po Paris.
