Martin G. Kocher is Governor of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank and a member of the European Central Bank Governing Council. He previously served as Federal Minister of Labour and Economy in the Austrian Government and led the Institute for Advanced Studies. He is currently on leave from his position as Professor of Economics at the University of Vienna.
