In 2021, she joined Konecranes in Düsseldorf, a global leader in crane and lifting technology. Since 2023, she has led Talent Acquisition and Engagement in Germany, and since August 2024, she has also been in charge of the Recruiting Department as well as all data protection matters. Komolafe is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all three areas.
