She is head of the External Policies Unit at EPRS. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and is an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and a Senior Fellow at ELIAMEP. Previously she was head of the Centre for International Relations of the Getulio Vargas Foundation in Brazil.
