She is Vice-President of the European Forum Alpbach and Ashoka Global Leadership member. She holds degrees from the Universities of Vienna and St. Gallen. In her early career, she co-founded a tech-art institution, and served as its director. In 2001, she became the youngest member of Vienna's Regional Parliament and City Council, but left politics to found Ashoka's Austrian office in 2011.
