He has been President of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce since 2014, representing the interests of 150,000 companies. In addition to strengthening Vienna as a business location, he is also particularly concerned with the role of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce as Austria's largest private education provider. Born in Vienna, he began his career as an advocate in 2004. Since 1991, the graduate of the Vienna University of Technology has been managing his family's construction company in Vienna.
