He is the founder, managing director and editor-in-chief of DOSSIER, Austria’s first non-profit editorial office for investigative and data journalism. Prior to that, he worked as a journalist for several media outlets, including for the Viennese weekly newspaper Falter, the daily newspaper Die Presse and the German magazine Stern. He lectures on Journalism at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences (FH Wien) and serves on the board of the Concordia Press Club. Born in Vienna, his work has been honoured several times in Austria and abroad.
