Alois Vahrner began his career as a business editor at the Tiroler Tageszeitung in 1988. For more than 14 years, from the end of 2008 until spring 2023, he served as editor-in-chief of the TT, together with Mario Zenhäusern. For more than three years, he has been a member of the editorial management team, overseeing the business and domestic politics sections.
