Anniversaries always mark an important moment for reflection and contextualisation. This session highlights the development since its founding, key milestones, and their relevance today for cross-border cooperation. Building on this, perspectives from practice and research will be brought together, and points of departure for the future orientation of the Euregio and other European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation (EGTCs) will be outlined.
