18 month after the Russian invasion in Ukraine there is little hope for quick end in the global conflict. Even more, old and new powers in the world, the USA, China, the BRICS wrestle for a different world order. The Kremlin shows it’s arsenal of brutality every day. The European Union seems united but weak, whereas NATO is back. Will the war give birth to a stronger Union, the USE at the end. Or could the EU fail?
