Centre of Gravity: Finding Your Leadership Focus
This leadership seminar, conducted by cadets of the Theresian Military Academy of the Austrian Armed Forces, takes place in an outdoor setting and draws inspiration from Clausewitz‘s concept of the “Center of Gravity“. Participants will face physical and mental challenges designed to test their decision-making, teamwork and resilience. Through reflection and experience-based learning, they will uncover what truly drives effective leadership — in themselves and others.
