Amid geopolitical uncertainty, war in Europe, and rising authoritarianism, Europe – especially the EU – must redefine its global role. This session brings together experts and the audience to discuss the manifesto “Europe in a Competition of Great Powers”, co-developed with Herfried Münkler and young Europeans. Refine it before its submission to the EU Commission in autumn.
