How do we prepare for a future in which water is no longer a resource we can take for granted? This is the question explored by student Luna in the documentary by Austrian filmmaker Dieter M. Grohmann. The multi-award-winning film features European water networks and global strategies for resilience planning. The film will be screened in English and preceded by a discussion with Federal Minister Norbert Totschnig and Luna DeMesmaeker .
