The world order is being renegotiated, power politics displaces values that were thought to be secure. Europe and its basic principles are facing fundamental challenges: Democracy, the basis of the EU, is being called into question. In the midst of diverging interests and challenges of its member states and institutions, and in relation to third countries, EUrope is searching for a common voice.
