As the pax americana falters, the sorrow about the post WWII order is not shared equally. Many developing countries are uneasy about Western led liberal international order, marked by military interventions and double standards and are welcoming disruption as the US upends the order it upheld for decades. The seminar explores how different parts of the Global South position themselves in the contested future and how the EU should respond.
